Its a New Year ya’ll! Hope everyone is well & off to a wonderful start in this new year :). So I have two pair of shoes that I’m trying to get rid of. 1st pair are the Steve Madden Melin in Cognac, if you follow the blog you’ll know that I’ve been eyeing them for a while now. But alas my big feet just won’t seem to squeeze, I swear I would wear them like an old Japanese women with her feet bound if I could. They are BRAND SPANKIN NEW marked a sz. 9 but fit like an 8. I’m selling them for $65 +$8 shipping (they are currently $99.95 on SM)
2nd pair are leather Be-be Cut-Out Sandals, I totally bought these over the summer after seeing one of my fav style bloggers rockin them here! Too bad I’m no Karla, I’m a novice when it comes to heels & after two wears of these babies I gave up. My feet just don’t agree with all that height, not just yet anyway! But maybe yours will, Sz. 9 fits true to size like I stated before I wore them twice & they are still in excellent condition. Selling for $55 +$8 shipping (I bought them orig. for $120) view a few more pics here.

My style ranges from casual to dressy, its always changing. I don’t have any particular style that I stick to, I get bored very easily. This blog is a reflection of my personal style and taste. You will never see a post of something that I dislike or would never wear. I hope that this is something everyone enjoys, the diversity!
If you look up the word Grinding in the dictionary there’s no doubt that you will see a pic. of Emeka Alams. Emeka is one of the hardest working folks that I know and I’m convinced he knows everyone on the planet, no exaggeration :)! Emeka has been hard at work gradually releasing pieces from his new line Gold Coast Trading. Gold Coast Trading is a tribute & celebration to his home Africa. We would gather in large numbers to mourn with those who mourn and to rejoice with those who rejoice. We have forgotten that we came from a continent where guiding, correcting and rebuking children is everybody’s’ task; a continent with green forests, clean rivers and undiscovered natural resources abound. The continent is love. Still, you dont know or understand. This is my effort to get back to that.
Yesterday was the drop for the bag I’ve been waiting for from the line, The Cassi Go Home Duffel Bag. 100% bull twill with Ugandan gold print & Red Mozambican sun zippers. Be sure to explore the movement by visiting Emeka’s amazing blog Live From the Coast. You will definitely learn a thing or 2! I love when designers think out of the box and create with innovation. This Pencil Shaving Cuff by Disaya is just that. Who would think something so practical and in a sense useless could become such a dope piece of art. I absolutely adore this cuff and am even more excited that its on sale for $50 bucks, a steal in my opinion. Found this beauty over at Forward sister site of Revolve. If you don’t indulge I will, you can CLICK HERE TO BUY OR GAWK 🙂
